My late husband's Gpf amount divided by court

Sir,court devided my husband Gpf amount among 3- my mother in law,me and my son.all v three hv paid proper stamp fees.but unfortunately, my saas expired before getting the cheque. College contacted at their adress but none claimed d amount. My question is:how can me n my son get that amount? Do v have to pay stamp fee again? If v hv to file suit, what ll b its process? Who will b opposite party? Is it possible to get an order in d light of previous decision?

File a Declaration Suit before court where court will decide for more clarity you may contact us then I will elaborate properly about your case and as per court fees is concern you just pay a nominal fees. Regards Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court

if by court order it was divide into 3 shares then you can again file an recall or a fresh petition depending upon the grounds taken in previous writ it has to be seen on what grounds court has direct on nominee basis or some other grounds in your petition for further details you can contact us.
