IS IT LEGAL THAT ANY PERSON CUT THE TREES FOR DEVELOPMENT OR CONSTRUCTION ????

no it's not legal if you are the owner of that tree or if it comes under your ownership then without your permission no has the right to cut the tree off trrees can only be cut if it causes threat to life or property it can be done by getting permission from district forest department
