My bf gave me assurance that he will marry me and so I allowed him for being physical with me. but now he is marrying another girl without letting me know and so I called him at my home for our patch up but he made a break up sex with me even when I opposed him to do so. Can I file a complaint against him? I want him to feel guilty for what he did.
You should file a Rape Case against him as your express consent was not taken last time for sex when he forced upon you & ultimately you succumbed under his pressure & as such, you couldn't resist him under fear that he could not inflict grievous injuries upon you if you did not satisfy his lust & heed to his demands & as such, you were left with no option because of the constant physical & mental force at that point of time that you failed to resist his attempts from penetrating into your vagina & because of that, you are quite apprehensive now that what if you'll get diagnosed with STD because despite of your 'No', he forced himself up on you without a condom & deeply penetrated inside your private part & caused wounds & injury. Considering his habit of indulging in unprotected sex with other girls, you have made up your mind to leave this Sexual Predator & as such, you did not want to indulge in sex with him anymore but he became physical with me by unleashing violence upon me, torn off my clothes & undergarments & penetrated his already raised cock to satisfy his lust without thinking about me that what if i 'll have to suffer HIV because of his unprotected sex-drive upon me.
