My batchmates are getting promotion, I am not. Please advise

Hello Sir/Mam, I currently serving in CISF since last 18 months. I was selected in 2011-12 but due to my own declaration in questionnaire form regarding my involvement in a criminal case and then acquittal in 2008 my candidature was cancelled. Against this I filed a Writ in Hon'ble High Court Allahabad and writ was accordingly allow. I alloted Seniority as per my batch mate i.e 2011-12. But now my question is this that my batch-mate are getting promotion in short time but my 5 years of services is not completed so in this condition I will get promotion or not.
You should also be considered for promotion in accordance with the seniority list in which you have been rightly placed with your batch mates. Therefore, the mandatory rule of 5 years of preceding service should be relaxed in your peculiar case. Give a written representation to the Authority concerned to consider you for promotion as well, in as much as, you could join late not for your fault but as the matter for was sub judice in the High Court. If they fail to act upon it, approach the High Court.

Firstly tell me the ground on which your writ petition was allowed by high court and then tell me about full judgement passed by high court in your case. If the order of selection committee was found malafid and base less then you will definitely get the promotion along with all consequential benefits. Please provide you writ petition no.
