Mother want to sell ancesstor property without consent of legsl heirs

As it is ancestor property . Father died in feb 2019. Property was in name of father. After death mother changed property name in her favour. Is it legal or not. Can mother sell property without consent of her 2 daughters. Will written property distributef equally to both of his daughters before death. Can mother sell propetty without consent of both daughters this is my qns.
if the registered will states that the father has given the property and has divided amongst daughter than, the right of the mother is relinquished and nothing can be done, but the selling right of mother is not legally binding

To answer your query properly first of all you have to tell us how your mother got it mutated in her name or what documents she has filed yo mutated in her name. Is there any will, sale deed or any other document. If she is absolute owner now and property is free from all sorts of legal obligations then she can sell it without anybody's consent

No not at all. She can not sell the ancestoral property without the consent of the legal heirs. Daughters must file a Suit for Declaration urgently in this regard so that they can have their claim on their share of property. If the mother sells that property then it would be a void transaction as well as an illegal act for which she may face legal consequences.
