Dear Sir/ Madam,

Please come and meet in office with all the details of purchase of AC and contact details of the other party. Legal notice can be sent on your behalf, thanks for writing. Please contact. Thanks

Sir
In your case there is a deficiency of the service from the electrician. Please issue a formal notice to the concerned company from whom you predeceased the AC. In case if they failed to respond please issue a legal notice from any one respected Advocate.

best remedy is before the Consumer court.

Hope that when the electrician took money from you, he gave a receipt (The company issued receipt) to you. If you have the receipt with you, you can send a legal notice and if he doesn't respond, then you can file a recovery suit
