money recovery given as a help

My ex-boss had taken 1 lakh amount from me to pay his business debts and i had given just to help him out in dec 2018,its been 7 months now he has paid me only 10k only,he is not paying me further amount,i had given enough time by now as per dates given by him.and now he is not responding me.

in particular case you will have to prove that you had given a loan to your boss you will either need written contract with your boss about the loan aur witness to testify that you had given such a loan on such and such terms and conditions . without these you will not be successful in a recovery suit .

Well, you can send a Demand Notice to your Boss through a Lawyer. Demand Notice contains the actual claim when someone owes you, minimum time period of 15 Days or 30 Days within which you want to recover your Money along with an annual 18 percent interest-rate. That Demand Notice also contains a condition that you could approach the court and file a litigation if you won't get your money on time. To recover your Money, you can either lodge a FIR under the relevant criminal sections, based on it, criminal case can be filed. If Police refuses to file FIR, either approach their superiors for filing of FIR or file a Private Criminal Complaint by approaching the Magistrate. You can also file a Money Suit/Summary Suit to recover your Money before the City Civil Court.
