Money of 2L lent to my friend online but he is not retiurning money

I tranferred 2L to my friend online almost 2 years ago and also I have a proof of it, he is not returning money back to me even after several remiders & he blocked me in WhatsApp and all the media, can you pls suggest how to proceed ??
If he has given a cheque as security then you can file a cheque bounce case for recovery of the amount. If not then you must file a monney recovery suit before civil court. In both the cases money will be returned along with interest.

The person who received money from you is friend or unknown person? in case if he is known person n u have his details then you can file case against him for recovery. but don't delay it. there is limitation. already it's near nw

If he failed to repay the same file a recovery suit and claim the amount with interest. As you have evidence with regard to transfer you will succees the case
In recovery suit you need to pay the court fees on the claimed amount. It will be get back once you win the case
Please proceed immediatly. Three years is the limitation period for recovery suit filing
