Money given on credit by hand and the debtor is not paying back

Sir namaste, I gave money on credit to two different persons, now they are cheating are not making payment. I have our messages as clear proofs, please guide to recover my money sir

Whether you gave money through cheque or other banking channel ?
Do due have any document to prove that money was given by you as loan ?
have you obtained any security or postdated cheque against the money advanced by you ?
If you can prove that you have given money as loan within three years time and now they are not returning it, you may file recovery suit against them in the civil court. However the burden to prove this facts will rest on you.

First of all send a legal notice those and all for recovery of your amount with in time limit if the person won't give you the money in a fixed time limit afterwards you can file the civil suite in judicialy Court and after that the person will have to make sure return your money.
