Mere office ke colleague ne mere sath fraud kiya he. Usne mere se 10lakh Rs ka fraud kiya ye paise usne mere se interest par liye the. Jisme se 4lakh usne apne kisi partner ke account me online mere se transfer krwaye aur baki paise mere se cash liye. Usne ye bat kewal apni handwriting se ek simple paper par likh rakhi he bas. Usne kuch paise muje online transfer bhi kiye he par ab wo muje mere paise nahi de raha he. Mere pas uske kuch whatsp msg,text msg.,audio video recording ke bhi saboot he. mai apne paise kaise recover kar paunga. Pls help and advice.
