Mobile tower fell in front of my land how can I prevent reconstruction

Reliance mobile tower in front of my land setup 2 month back.. This is residential colony and I plan to construct my house there soon. This tower fell last week and claimed life of boy Due to health and safety reasons,I do not want tower to be erected again at same place . What can be done The tower was on my relative land and I do not want my name disclose if I complain Please advise,
If the residential colony has an association which deals with grievances of the residents then first and foremost it must be approached.
Secondly, if its a genuine problem then your relative should be cordially approached for the matter to be resolved.
Thirdly , what is your apprehension to disclose your name when you are not acting illegally ?
