Mistake In Registered Gift Deed

In our gift deed which was registered on 2007.In our gift deed RS plot no wrongly mention 512/1378 instead of 545/1378 and LR plot no is correctly mention.My question is in this ground donor can claim his property.

dear client as per your query since there's a mistake in your gift deed you can make a rectification deed and do the correction by the lawyer you can consult me online by paying online consultancy fees...

It is necessary to scrutinize that registered Gift Deed. Whether Municipal mutation has been done in respect of that property or not and whether the Donor has taken any step to challenge that Gift Deed. To get my legal opinion professionally upon online payment, you can whatsapp.
