Aapki problem samajh aa rahi hai. Passport mein DOB mismatch kaafi serious issue hai aur aisi situation mein passport office sidha application ko reject kar deta hai. Ye cheez aap khud se handle karne lagenge to baar-baar objections aayenge aur kaafi time waste hoga. Main aapke liye pura process legal tarike se nikalwa dunga, jahan jo authority involved hai unke saamne sahi documents aur affidavit ke through matter resolve hoga. Aapko khud idhar-udhar daudne ki zarurat nahi hogi. Aap bas mujhe authorize kijiye, baaki mai ensure karunga ki aapka passport bina dikkat approve ho. — Adv. For issuance of a passport, your date of birth documents must be consistent. If there is a mismatch between your High School marksheet and Aadhaar card, you need to first correct the record. Generally, the High School certificate is treated as primary proof of DOB. You may either: 1. Correct Aadhaar DOB through UIDAI by producing the High School marksheet as valid proof; or 2. If High School DOB itself is incorrect, apply to the concerned education board for rectification, which usually requires an affidavit and court order. If authorities refuse, you can file a declaratory suit or writ petition before the competent court for correction of DOB. Only after both documents reflect the same DOB will the Passport Office accept them. Thus, first step is to ensure correction of DOB in Aadhaar or marksheet (depending on which is wrong), then apply for passport with consistent documents.

You go to the Aadhar center, take your marksheet and get your date of birth updated. It will be done in which your date of birth is correct or the one you want to get updated. If it is not happening then file a complaint with UIDAI and ask the reason for not doing it.
