matrimonial dispute from husband from 2016

Dear Sir,
My husband filed for divorce in 2016 and deserted me and our little daughter.
I begged him not to destroy family as it will affect me and our daughter lifelong but he was adamant and never gave it a second thought.
He was totally deaf to our financial and emotional needs as I had to quit my job because I was alone all of a sudden taking care of the little one.
I am still living in my father's house with my daughter and had filed 125 crpc for my dauhter where I am getting interim maintenance now.
I also filed DV case which is ongoing for the laat 1 year and recently filed 156crpc /498a too
now my husband has filed ipc 200 against me and my father.
Please advise for what intention he could do this? I have not received and summons yet but My father got to know about this while checking online.
