MASK VIOLATION CHALLAN. CIVIL SERVICES EXAMINATION.........

Hi, I will prepare for civil services exam from this year... But today I was caught not wearing mask on road in Delhi and they took my aadhar card, wrote my details on some district magistrate slip. They said we have given you a warning this time.... They did not ask for any fine. So now my question is can I still give civil services exam?? Why did they take my aadhar details, address and mobile num. I am worried right now I don't know much about law I am an engg. student. Thanks, Rakesh

If they take your Aadhar card and wrote your detail on the slip . May the court can issue a summon against not wearing of mask . Some fine would be imposed by the magistrate when you are called by court .

it's just a challan. don't worry you are not taken in as acriminal. you can very well start preparing for your exams. wish you all the luck. and don't worry abt such pettty issues. they might have taken the number for future reference

Dn't worry! Any information of a citizen can't be misused by any law enforcing agencies including police officials. You are still very much eligible to appear in any examination across india as well as across globe unless you have been framed accused in any other dispute or case than this mask violation warning.
