yes you take stay from civil court aap court mein grandmother ke khilaf civil suit statement file kar sakte hain court aapko stay Karega aap jis civil court ke criteria mein rahte hain vahan per apni grandmother ko party banakar case file kar sakte hain code grandmother ko notice dega AVN uske bad state application per hearing hogi

you can go for permanent injunction along with temparory injunction for mean while Now the first thing is the property your grandmother want to sell is ancistral property or property of his own means it must be cleared.
