Loss of Educational Certificates

I am a BBA graduate from Hyderabad. My college has lost my entire file with all my certificates in it. Its been 16 months since the incident happened, I myself sat with the college admin department and searched the entire college for my file but it was all in vain as I did not find my file. I have been following up since a very long time almost for every 2 days but the college people are not taking the issue seriously and there is no one from my side to talk to the college people regarding this issue. There is a gap of one and half years for me which now has created a negative impact on my career. I am not getting any jobs due to these certificates issue, I have also lost good opportunities. I am unable to understand what to do about this. Kindly suggest what to do ?

Approach the consumer forum and ask for a direction against the college as well as the concerned govt authorities for return of your documents you can also claim damages for deficiency of the service of the college in returning the documents and making you to suffer. or you can approach the High court by filing the Writ petition for written of documents as submitted by you. make a representation to the concerned authority of the government and also the college and take the acknowledgement form them. for any further details you can contact.

hi you could make an application to concerned aithorities to issue duplicate certificates and also give a complaint against university officials on the ground that they had lost certificates and ask for compensaation
