Legal remedy for not obeying judicial order

15-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)
An employee is punished with "compulsory retirement on proportionate pension" as per rule 14(5) of CCA rules. Employee file appeal under rule 23 of CCA rules and appeal was disposed in favour of employee. Appeal was partially accepted and order of compulsory retirement was set aside and appellate authority has given direction for reinquiry. Its about over 3 months neither reinquiry is initiated nor order for re-stand is passed. Please advice in this context with suitable legal remedy available. Thanks

Hi, Please consult any advocate as soon as possible. In civil matter re-appealing or further process the time limit is bounded. detail of your case is required for better decision. Consult a near by good civil advocate for such. Delay in process may effect the result so plz dont waste the time.
