I want to issue legal notice to person whose threatened to kill me

Sir a legal notice is sent when a matter is civil in nature. Your case is criminal in nature. Considering the fact he has threatened to kill you. You must file a police complaint and ask for police protection and legal action against that person. I can assist you with that.

threatening to kill is a criminal case sir/mam, hence you have to give a police complaint in your Jurisdictional Police Station. after giving complaint the Police will issue a CSR No. or Crime Number. with that Crime Number you can file a criminal case against the person threatening to kill you.
