Neighbour creating nuisance in society at night by having alcohol parties with friends at mid night.
File a criminal complaint against the illegal activities of the neighbour in nearest police station. If the police do not take any action then file a private complaint. The same time you can approach the civil court also get restriction order you can contact a local lawyer and issue legal notice to your neighbour to desist from disturbing your peace at night
