Legal action in case land extortion by neighbour

..im hindu..my neighbor land owner extortion my land ..he survey by the land without me and cut the tree in my land..i ask him to re-survey..he coming to fighting with my family..i gave an complaint to the police ..the police didn't file the complaint..because they are friendly..pls say what can i do next??
File a declaration suit to declare u r owner of the property.. In the said suit you may file an I.A to direct the surveyor to measure the property and file a report before the court. In pending the suit you can seek injunction to not to disturb your possession pending disposed of the suit. You will get a remedy.
You have 3 remedies available.
1. If the earlier complaint was given to a local police station, approach the deputy commissioner or the superintendent of police, as the case may be and request for an immediate action
2. You can also file a private complaint before a magistrate and request him to direct the police to register an FIR u/s 156(3) CrPC
3. You can approach the High court u/s 482 CrPC for directing the police to register an FIR and take necessary action.

Do forward the complaint to the higher police official or prefer a private complaint under Sec 200 CrPC to the Judicial Magistrate. You can petition the revenue authorities for surveying your land. You can approach a civil court for injunction and declaration with damages.
