Legal action against sister in law and for cheating and fraud.

I had a small puppy and for some personal reasons I had to move to UK. I gave my puppy to my sister in law telling her that I will be coming in next 6 months and then take her back with me. When I came here in UK, after couple of months I got to know that she gifted my puppy to her boss and now she and her boss is refusing to give our puppy back. What legal action can be taken for both?
Hi a case of Criminal Breach of trust is made out which is defined under section 405 of the Indian Penal Code and punishable under section 406 of the said code.
