Legal action against corrupt gas agency

I m a whistleblower and exposed the corruption of rs. 7 lakh per year against home delivery charge by gas agency of defence establishment in which customer were not delivered the refil cylinder's to his house against rule of ioc and charging rs18.5 per cylinder as included in MRP. CVC wrote to CVI min of defence to take action under intimation to me. As per CVC guidelines the sanction should be within 9 months( 3+3+3) ( maximum as extended period) but I m not aware about action initiated against the management of gas agency being a service personnel or not..What cation shall be initiated?
You can send them a legal notice stating your demands and concerns. If they donot comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a case in the consumer court or the court of civil jurisdiction if you think any of your right has been violated.There are many legal remedies in consumer protection act.

There are various remedies which can be initiated against the Gas agency firstly a complaint can be registered against them,Even a civil suit seeking Damages /Injunction can be filed .We can also file a writ petition in the High court as well so you have all the remedies therefore its your individual discretion thanks.
