Always Rejecting death certificate of my wife from 3yrs even though I have submitted all proofs

hi first need to see why the authorities are rejecting the death certificate ofnyour wife and if they failed to issue then you could file writ petition in high court questioning the inaction of authorities in issuing any proceedings

Hello , greetings You can approach concerned Civil court against the department or office for such rejection and can obtain appropriate order , and also you can file writ petition before the Honble High court.
