Land seized by mineral department without any notice

Sirthere was gypsum below our land and it was bought out and solved by a company before 10-15 year back. in 2012 we were leveling our land by tractors. it is seen by some officers of mineral department when we are not on location. letter they send us two notice for clarification and we responsed them within 30days. later we did not get a single response from them, last month we obtain Jamabandi of land from patwari. patwari wrote land seized by mineral department.no notice we get, no once come to us or land. it just showing on Jamabandi issued by patwari
