Land Issue by My father and his Brothers 8 acre land

Hello all, My father has got 8 acre land from my grand father , he asks us( me and my brother and mother ) to sign and give that land to his co-brothers as of now we have refused it. My father completely towards his bothers. My father(illiterate and thumb) and his bothers took the advantage for making PODI, They have give us 5 different places (The survey guy didn't do survey neither based on "PARIKATHU" nor on "ENJOYMENT" however the survey guy adjusted total acres of land as per "PARIKATHU". Since PODI is not correct We have planned to put case to DDLR court and lawyer asked put the case in the name of my Father only so we forcefully put case with my father name. Now my father is not ready to come to DDLR court and my lawyer is saying will put CIVIL court. 1. The existing PODI should cancel? 2. We need permission to correct the land (PODI and Boundary fixing) without interaction with my father based on the court decision? 3. We don't want land in our names, Let it be in my fathers
