Land Document Problem Servwy Number And Land Sketch

I have 2 cents land i got this land 25 year before from governement. But now im in problem as per land sketch my site servay number shows my neighbours land area.in this problem i cant take bank loan adnd some other problem also

Sir I have to check your title documents before giving Andy advice. However if the title documents are on your name, you can file a complaint before the selling authority to check the title. But it would be easier for you to get it done through a lawyer because property verification would be required in your case. Thanks

Sir, According the law, you are the true owner of the property due to the possession of the property in your hand since 25 years and you have become the true owner of the property. Further, the same has received through government. Moreover, please show all the documents for solve the land sketch problem.
