Mere papa ne 65 Saal se khasmahal land per garage chala rhe hain usi se hum logo ka gher chalta hai per suddenly aaj C. O ji aakar tord phor kr diye aor 1 din k ander pura Khali krne ka order de kr gaye hain nhi to bulldozer chala denngen ab aap hi koi rasta bataye

Venerated Sir, As per your question you have possession of khash mahal land from 65 years and government is abolishing your house which was erected thereon. I would like to inform you that khash mahal land is a different nature of land on which government is the owner of such land and you can hold that land through lease from Government, ergo assure yourself that whether you have made lease from Government and also nenewef after 30 years or not. You file writ application under article 226 before the Hon'ble High Court. You will get relief against the the Circle Officer. If the Khasmahal land is legally made settlement to you then you have a very good case. File WRIT APPLICATION.
