Issue with neighbor realted to garbage.

I own a second floor in delhi. Everyone in my building put their dustbin in front of their door on staris. However, third floor owner has installed the door on stairs and now he is putting his garbage in front of my door. I advised him not to do that he said since you put your dustbin out . I will also put mine in front of your door. What legal action can be taken against him. He is not ready to listen and I dont want to go into fight to avoid problem. I need a legal solutiom.

Hi, I would advise you to file a suit for mandatory injunction thereby restraining the defendants from putting his dust bin in front of your gate. The same needs to be filed before the concerned civil judge having jurisdiction over the case

you may file a civil suit in the lower court praying for directions on your neighbour not to place the dustbin or any such thing in front of your house. you may also consider sending him a legal notice before initiating legal action on him.

dear avoiding fight is no solution. do tit for tat with the person. in case arguments ensues then call police. repeat this couple of times. your problem would be solved. or involve RWA to solve the problem. all the best.
