The Rajasthan pre-emption act 1966 is very poor act . we can not prove our pre-emption right in property easily, the court feet are charge on property's value, the valuation are different the every city area, but it is charged 7.5 present of property's value.

Court fees in a civil suit witl depend on the valuation of property involved and also the nature of relief being sought. It differs from place to place.

You should consult local (trial) court lawyer who will guide you on the proper court fees payable as per the requirement of the case. Please note that improper or insufficient Court fees is a ground for dismissal of suit at the very threshold.
