Is infrastructure charges applicable by delhi jal board

Residential property size - 451 sq mtr. 3 owners having share of 1/3rd each. 2 owners reside at ground floor & 3rd owner reside at 1st floor.. One of co-owner of ground floor applied for new connection of djb. Is infrastructure charges applicable as plot size is above 200 sq mtr.

There are four category A, B, C, D. First , You should know under which category your residential property come. As per Delhi Jal Board A Bulk Water Connection as well as individual water connection can be applied on the same form.New water connections for the premise on a plot size of 200 Sq. mtr. to 500 Sq mtr. is to be applied at
ZRO office and infrastructure charges is worked out by JE.
