Involved in a case, will it effect my Govt job selection

Sir, one of the our neighbour wrote my name in complaint due to dispute between them and me. But in police inquiry it was found false. Now court calls me as a witness. There was no process of bail or arrest against me. Is there will be any problem related to my govt job selection
In normal case there should be not much problem. In law an accused is presumed to be innocent till proved guilty. Mere pendency of criminal case against you should not be a problem for joining.
But think whether in your application for job, have you given incorrect answer about pendancy of criminal case against you? Have you suppressed that fact in your application and still signed the application with the statement that whatever information you disclosed in the application is true? Is there any such a situation? If no, then no worry.

yadi court me aapko evidence ke liye bulaya gaya hai to aapko jana chahiye aur apne bachao me jitna aap jante hai utna hi bayan deve aur aap kuchh nahi jante to saaf saaf keh de ki mujhe is sambandh mein koi jankari nahin hai, court ke samksh soch samajhkar hi jawab de kaafi baate ham bhool jaate hai aur bol dete hai jiska koi lena dena nahi hota aur ulta fans jate hai. limit mein aur sahi jawab deve aur apne bachao me deve dhyan rahe jhuthe aarop aap par siddh na ho.

you can file for anticipatory bail, if you have apprehension for being arrested. so far as the government job selection is concerned, you can give a detailed representation or give a legal notice to the concerned police station and the opposite party, contending that you should be exonerated from the complaint as it affects your future endeavours.
