Invalid PhD holding Director General Post National Lab Head Govt Jobs

Invalid PhD degree holding DG position in an National Organisation under Ministry of Commerce and Industry. Concern ministry informed but silent. What can I do? Where shall I write?

You should write to the concerned ministry about the same. In case you are unheard by the authorities you should file an FIR against the person and should proceed further. You may also file a PIL or a Writ before the competent Court.
