I do admit the doubt and worries you are going through. Infact the law of our land is much poor in this aspect. There are a series of cases delat by various forums in silar matters. N in all such matters the court used to ciriticise the student other than standing with the student till a mishap happens. The thing u should consider now is how u deal the situation wisely and turn the offs... ON. So here what u should consider. Alert ur parents about the situation and also to ur parents. Every student will b having a open teacher. So find urs n tell the facts.
The next stage is if u finds it most desperate give a written letter to head f institutio or a management as the case. Also a letter to PTA. The last to options must be considered only if u find it as the last left option.
Oher solution includes mental harassments and penal sections. That i wont reccomend since u r still in that institution

Examination in Surgery shall consist of three theory papers and one practical examination. One theory paper shall be exclusively on Homoeo therapeutics. The Practical examination shall consist of clinical examination and oral. In the clinical examination the students shall be examined on his skill on the surgical instruments, bandages and general measures related to surgery, scope of Homoeopathic therapeutics and examination and diagnosis of surgical disease through clinical examination, X-ray and other common diagnostic techniques. The case studies reports of the students carried out during the course shall also be considered for the oral examination.
Internal examiners shall be appointed from amongst the teaching staff of the Homoeopathic Medical College concerned. Practical including viva voce or oral: Practical has 100 marks and Viva has 100,ie; Total: 200.The mark of VIVA was again distributed as Experiments 50 , Spotting 30 , Maintenance of Practical record/journal 20 and Viva Voce(Oral) 100.

So most probably you can win if you write and appear the exam well. Suppose if the person who has enmity with you think to defeat you then you will send a complaint against him to Registrar of Exam, university and prove his enemity against you.

You may first lodge a complaint regarding the complete incident to the authority who conducted the examination, ie; University or like that. give your evidences before that authority first and then move to Court.
