Inheritance of house of deceased mother

The house is in the name of my mother who has passed away several yrs back and there is no will, I have two sons, and wife, are they entitled for any share of the house when I am still alive and a divorce case is running,when they are in possession of house,I m a Hindu
In my opinion the property can equally distributed among all legal heirs i.e., between two sons .
and wife can only file maintenance case before the court for her maintenance.
but without detail discussion proper consult is not possible.

after death of your mother you inherit the property first after your deaths your wife and son will inherit now you are the sole owner of your mother s house though they are in possession but you r the owner in papers first you do mutation in your name and in detail advise can't be given on this little information consult an advocate for best suggestion
