in registration of property without mother deed valid

When a property transfer by deed of trust . The property holder ( transferor) was died and his 2 wife supported the transfer .But mother deed of the property is not shown ( means how the property holder got the property and when) some people made a group and transfer the property to a registered trust. Is the transfer is vaild

dear client.....
You need to check the documents of the trust .... if he is in valid possission and his name has been mutated ....and collect all other documents from 1932 and tally them if it mataches its fine....
