In laws changed residential address and not replying to summons

MY HUSBAND LEFT COUNTRY WHEN I BLESSED WITH DAUGHTER, CHANGE HIS ALL DETAILS AND MY INLAWS ARE IN INDIA THEY SHIFTED THEIR PLACE AS WELL AND NOW NO RECEIVE IS DONE. PLEASE ADVICE ME WHAT SHOULD I DO?
