Illegal land capture by a man who have good connection with naxali

There is a land gifted by my grandfather to me. But it had been captured by a man who have connection with naxali. I filed the case and got the judgement in my favour as he never received the notice claiming it is not in his name. What should i do now? HowI can i get my land back?

you will get your property you just provide a document in which you can prove that on whom you have claim and made party in suit it is same person who is in that case and after that file a criminal case also and eviction case also will be filed on behalf of that decree
