Illegal drainage made by neighbour and causing trouble what to do

We own a corner bit house in samalkot.Our neighbour has created an illegal drainage beside ours.That drainage is not municipality's.Its damaging foundation.Please advice us what to do!thank you.

Public utilities has to be compulsorily approved by municipal authorities only.
Please file a complaint to municipality about the illegal drainage.
Alternatively you can also file a nuisance case and a criminal complaint.
Please file a complaint to municipal authorities (town planning section)and in case municipal authorities take more time than necessary, please file a complaint with police on grounds of nuisance and trespass(it is trespass even if polluted air, drainage enter from neighbouring building)

You can obtain obtain a temporary Mandatory injunction immediately in a suit for mandatory injunction against your neighbor on the ground that the drainage is damaging the foundation of your house and seek for removal or closure of the drainage. You also make municipality as a party to the suit along with your neighbor.
