I have a road side plot just adjacent to PWD road and a person do a illegal construction at PWD area to block my front side plot. I have already petetion a 144(2) cash against him on 8.10.20. what will be my next step to get justice

You have to file civil suit and take injunction on the disputed property. only 144 is not enough to get the justice regarding the property matter, because the executive magistrate has no such power to handling the matter properly regarding immovable property.

you have to file a declaration civil suit and to stop illigal construction temporary injunction is required. if u get the order of temporary injunction in a status co from thn u can file a another 144 to implicate that order.
