Illegal bag shop in residential area

Sir there is a bag shop near my home some people always make noise there and use abusive language now where i have to file a complaint against that shop
Police Chowki. Go with members of society or other residents. Seek information on how commercial activity is being carried out in residential area. Delhi Police is very cordial in most cases. In case, no good result is forthcoming in 3 weeks time, consult lawyer for filing a writ in high Court for appropriate relief.
