i have property constructed without set back 20 years back

i have property constructed without set back 20 years back, no w a builder is constructing a house without any set back, when asked he says that i have not left any set back and so he too will not.
please guide
Give a representation to BBMP and we need to file a Writ Petition seeking an action against the builder for disobeying byelaws. There a difference between your home and multistory buildings as it damage your walls.

Sir, from the construction of the builder if you have no proper access to light and air then you have to immediately file a suit for permanent/mandatory, injunction against the builder and you have to immediately request the court to pass a stay from further construction. However if you do not act now, the you will not be able to agitate later.

Hi,
sir I have gone through the legal enquire, the builder has to follow the set back area and since from 20 years their is no objections for your constitution he cannot now object that is after 20 years, we can file a civil case for injunction and other relief against the builder to stop his construction or direct him to leave set back area
