I HAVE A QUERY PERTAINING TO THE MERIT LIST OF COLLEGE

I am student of fathima medical college kadapa .i studied there for 8 months and my batch was admitted there based on interim orders and which merit list was approved by our university but after the loss of permission for the college we had wasted an year .after that we found that merit list which was approved by university irregulary placed keeping the merit students aside and higher ranks in govt quota . now our state govt want help and safe guard the students future and relocate intto other colleges .so can we approach the court for reconsideration of MERIT LIST and relocate or is there any posiibility to do so .AS MERIT STUDENTS were placed in management quota

Hi Reconsideration of merit list is not possible once admissions are complete and more than a year has passed. If at all the merit list was to be challenged, the same should have been done at the commencement of academic year. However, High court can help if we can show the court that merit students were also placed under management quoto by the college which is now without permission.

If you want to approach through court for that there all student with one unity can approach through court for that you need to consult any advocate where they can give you good guide line and they will help you in all the way.
