I don't want marry my boyfriend

We both in relation for the 2 year. We both promise each other to marry. We don't have legal contract. He borrowed money from me. So I started loosing trust from him I don't want marry him but he is forcing me to marry can he file case on me

if you are referring to the case that he could file a case for not maintaining the promise of getting married .
Then in that case he cant do so as being adult and mature you have the legal right to choose your partner he cant compel or force you to marry him.

No as a man he cannot file a case against you for refusing to marry despite indulging in physical relationship on the contrary a woman has the right to file a rape case in such circumstances . However, if he forces you to marry him or even after yor disinterest is forcing you and trying to contact you then you have the right to file case against him under relevant sections of IPC.

No, he cannot file a case against you.
But you can file case against the boy for recovery of your money after paying the requisite court fees as applicable in your state and after winning the case you will get it refunded as per the law.

Hi,
Your boyfriend can’t force you to marry him if you are not interested, there can’t be an element of force in marriage it should be of free will, if marriage if by force it’s not a valid marriage.
You have to decide whether you are interested in going ahead or not.
