I am going to sale a land but neighbour is not giving NOC, what to do ?

consult a lawyer this is not enough details to advise you have to know more inherited or purchase why you have to take NOC from neighbours you have to tell the details then only you can get advice so is better consult with a lawyer .

There should not be any need for NOC from your neighbour for sale of or any type of conveyance of property. It is neither necessary nor required under any law to get a NOC from neighbour for disposing of your property. However, they may exist some previous lien/encumbrance/easementary right for which further details are needed. In such circumstances I would suggest you to kindly contact an advocate for your matter.
