Husband took Aadhar card and is not giving it back, how to obtain?

My Aadhar card is in illegal custody of my husband and inlaws. To harass me they are not giving it to me. I am loosing several Gov't. Benefits. Advice what legal action I may take

This is a very trivial issue, and you need not approach the Court for this thing certainly. Instead, approach the nearest police station and report the illegal custody of your Aadhaar Card by your husband. Alternatively, you can get duplicate Aadhaar card (if you know your Aadhaar Card No.) so that you can continue to avail all the Govt Benefits that you say you are losing.

File a Police complaint for loss of Aadhar Card and Please apply for a duplicate aadhar card with the appropriate authorities. Also indicate your new address at the time of applying for for new aadhar card. Affidavit for change of address can be made.

If you don't want to go for legal battle then just try to get duplicate Aadhar card from UIDAI website. This duplicate Aadhar card is equal value of original one.
