How to sue for mental harassment at work place

26-May-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a PhD student at a DEEMED UNIVERSITY and my mentors have been harassing me to spend my own fellowship on research work. They have been troubling me all the ways and not supporting to move forward. I requested them several times and but didn't respond to that. Rather, I was pressurized emotionally and I would like to file the completion of my phD which may take 1-2 years? I heard that it is required to file a police complaint if it exceeds 1 year. Kindly let me the information. Whether it is safe to me if I file a complaint now as I am not in position to take new trouble. Please advise me.

U should know by now that the PhD is useless unless u have planned to use it for employment and job purpose. Mentenor are rascal they want money or in terms . Better lodge complaint but before it get evidence and record it lay a honey trap get him before he distroy you.

i think you shall approach to your mentor with written application for research work[ by mail ] , even though he is not responding and neglected for guidance to you. during the course you may also approach to concern authority in the deemed university. if the concern authority would also neglected then lastly you may made a complaint to police station that time this records would be consider by police authority.
