How to resolve issue of noise pollution created by neighbours?

In case if they want to use loud speakers on regular basis they need to obtain permission from the concerned authority to do so, otherwise it is illegal and you can file a police complaint and police can seize the loud speaker of your neighbours.

This is suggestion only . In indian cultures celebrating all the festivals by the all the people of India. Who the People maintain the activities cultures in discipline manner but they are not doing so and to get all of them request the festival cultures people who are celebrating the Festival and request all of you and said that elders are there who are suffering from several diseases and small childeren are there and their heath is going to much un-heathy loud voice so that has not make much loud voice. If they are not convience pls approach the police to solve your problem.

its religious ... even if you have a trouble with that better you can make a police complain there you get your solution and even you can ask them to do not make such noise might they can understand you so better with senior or eldest people in your society ask them to make not such noise which cause disturbed to other.
