How to reinforce family settlement

We have registered a noc regarding a property which is registered to my chacha name. After family settlement that property given to us and on behalf of that we have give money acc to the property rate. As per that we have given them money which is divided to three brothers at that time we normally written that all procedure to a paper and sigh have taken from them we do not registered that property and registered the noc for that we have done our family settlement and after that this property is given to us after some type my chacha registered the noc against us and from four year this is continue in court now jujment is take acc to that our noc is cancelled and their noc will start what we will do now plz tell
