How to recover litigation expenses

Sir How to get our courtfee and other expenses from the respondent, if the respondent loses the case. Kindly note that the respondent has sold us the property more than the sub register value Is it possible to get the property on subregister value and get our money back which we have paid more than sub registrated value. Please help us

For first question, the court will decide as to how much court fee and expenses you will entitled to. Normally you will get back 50 percent of your court fee and expenses and full advocate fee.
For second question, I have to honestly say that you are under misconception and not entitled for any refund of amount which was paid in excess of sub-registrar valuation of property. More suggestions in person.
